Pancake Kentang
Easy homemade savory potato pancake recipe made with potatoes, onion, egg, all-purpose flour and seasonings. These crispy potato pancakes are delicious with sour cream or applesauce!.

- 1 lb medium-sized potatoes, peeled and grated
- 1 large egg
- 1 small yellow onion (grated)
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper or to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- Chopped parsley (for garnishing)
Langkah-langkah
Grate the peeled potatoes into a bowl. Rinse and drain the grated potatoes, then combine them with the grated onion and egg. Season with salt and black pepper.
Whisk the mixture together. Sift in the all-purpose flour and stir until well combined.
Heat a skillet with oil over medium-high heat. Drop about two tablespoons of the potato mixture into the skillet and flatten it with the back of a spoon. Fry each side of the potato pancake for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Transfer the potato pancakes to a plate lined with paper towels. Serve warm with sour cream on the side, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
