  • 1 fresh or frozen banana (cut into chunks)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 tablespoons almond or peanut butter (I like to use almond butter)
  • 1 -2 teaspoons vanilla (I like using 2)
  • 2 teaspoons high quality matcha green tea powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon spirulina (optional)
