Bahan-bahan

2 porsi
  • 1 ½ pounds tomatillos
  • 1 small chopped white onion (peeled)
  • 2 jalapeño peppers (seeded and chopped)
  • 3 g arlic cloves
  • ½ cup cilantro (packed)
  • salt to taste

Langkah-langkah

  1. Husk and rinse 1 ½ pounds tomatillos and lay them on a baking sheet pan. Heat the broiler to HIGH and roast for about 10 minutes, turning halfway through. Remove from the oven and let cool.

  2. In a food processor or blender, add the roasted tomatillos, 1 small chopped white onion, 2 jalapeño peppers, 3 garlic cloves, ½ cup cilantro, and salt to taste.

  3. Pulse until it reaches the desired consistency. Serve with chips or as a topping on your favorite Mexican dishes.
