Bahan-bahan

  • 1 pound medium shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • ¼ cup butter (melted and cooled)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 3 tablespoons sriracha
  • cilantro (for garnish)

Langkah-langkah

  1. Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well. Marinate 30 minutes.

  3. Thread shrimp on skewers. Preheat grill to medium high heat.

  4. Grill shrimp 6-8 minutes or until cooked through.
