Bahan-bahan
- 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ⅔ cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups water
- 1 ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- ⅔ cup powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9x13 baking pan with pan spray and set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, until the center of the cake springs back when lightly pressed on or a toothpick comes out clean.
