  • ½ teaspoon salt

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together 3 large eggs,1 egg yolk, 1 cup granulated sugar, and 1 ½ tablespoons vanilla extract . Add in 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour and ½ teaspoon salt and mix until just combined. Fold in the melted chocolate and butter until fully combined.

  4. Pour the thick batter into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.

  5. Let the brownies cool for 20-30 minutes before cutting and serving.
