  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons mirin rice wine
  • 2 tablespoons sake (can sub cooking wine)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
