20 Minute Garlic Oil Schezwan Peanut Noodles
A healthy, delicious noodle bowl...when you’re craving saucy noodles but need them to be quick!

Bahan-bahan
- 1/2 cup sesame or peanut oil
- 1/4 cup green onions or scallions (sliced)
- 3 -4 cloves garlic (grated)
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- chili flakes, or Korean chili flakes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 4 squares brown rice ramen noodles (or 6 ounces rice noodles)
- 1/3 cup tamari or soy sauce
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoon tahini
- 2 teaspoons honey or maple
- 1/3 cup chopped peanuts

1. In a skillet, cook the sesame oil and green onions over medium heat until very fragrant, 3-5 minutes.2. in a large bowl, mix the garlic, ginger, cilantro, and season with chili flakes. Pour the hot oil over top the garlic herb mix. Let site 3-5 minutes, then whisk in the tamari, peanut butter, tahini, and honey.3. Cook the noodles according to package directions, then drain. Toss the warm noodles with the oil. Note, you may not need/want all the oil, but I use it all. 4. Serve the noodles with green onion, cilantro, and peanuts.
