Udang Kung Pao yang luar biasa
Awesome Kung Pao Shrimp is filled full of flavor with large shrimp, tender bell peppers, nutty peanuts cooked together with a sweet and spicy sauce. Ready in under 20 minutes!

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cubed red bell pepper
- 1 cubed green bell pepper
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 pound peeled and deveined large shrimp
- salt and pepper
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- pinch of red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- ¼ cup peanuts
- sliced green onions for garnish
Langkah-langkah
In a medium sized skillet add 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium high heat. Add 1 cubed red bell pepper, 1 cubed green bell pepper, and 3 minced garlic cloves and cook for about 3-4 minutes until almost tender. Season 1 pound peeled and deveined large shrimp with salt and pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.
In a small bowl whisk ¼ cup soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon light brown sugar, 1 teaspoon sriracha, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Mix together 1 teaspoon cornstarch and 1 tablespoon water and whisk into the sauce. Pour sauce over the shrimp mixture and add ¼ cup peanuts .
Cook until it starts to thicken and coat the shrimp about 3-4 minutes. Add sliced green onions for garnish .
