Bahan-bahan

4 porsi
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cubed red bell pepper
  • 1 cubed green bell pepper
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 pound peeled and deveined large shrimp
  • salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • ¼ cup peanuts
  • sliced green onions for garnish

Langkah-langkah

  1. In a medium sized skillet add 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium high heat. Add 1 cubed red bell pepper, 1 cubed green bell pepper, and 3 minced garlic cloves and cook for about 3-4 minutes until almost tender. Season 1 pound peeled and deveined large shrimp with salt and pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.

  2. In a small bowl whisk ¼ cup soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon light brown sugar, 1 teaspoon sriracha, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Mix together 1 teaspoon cornstarch and 1 tablespoon water and whisk into the sauce. Pour sauce over the shrimp mixture and add ¼ cup peanuts .

  3. Cook until it starts to thicken and coat the shrimp about 3-4 minutes. Add sliced green onions for garnish .
