Bahan-bahan

4 porsi
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon curry powder
  • 3 medium garlic cloves, (minced)
  • Eight 6-ounce bone-in chicken thighs ((skin on or off- your choice!))
  • lime wedges
  • chopped green onions

Langkah-langkah

  1. Combine the first 6 ingredients (through garlic) in a large zip baggie and add the chicken. Seal and marinate in the refrigerator 4 hours, turning occasionally.

  2. Pre heat your grill.

  3. Remove the chicken from the bag, reserving the marinade. Place the marinade in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook 1 minute.

  4. Place the chicken on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 20 minutes or until done, turning and basting frequently with the marinade. Garnish with lime wedges and green onions, if desired.
