Bali Banana Date Smoothie
This simple Banana Date Smoothie is made with a combo of banana, dates, yogurt, honey, ice, and cinnamon, makes a refreshing and tasty concoction.

- 1/2 medium ripe banana
- 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
- 1/2 cup 1% milk (or dairy-free milk of choice)
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1 pitted date (chopped)
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 2 ice cubes
Langkah-langkah
Blend banana, yogurt, milk and honey until smooth.
Add dates, cinnamon, and ice.
Blend for 3 minutes more.
