  • ¾ cup cottage cheese
  • ¾ cup berries (or alternate fruit of your choice)
  • 1 dash ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds, chopped pecans, walnuts, or pistachios
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
