Bahan-bahan

  • 12 ounces broccolini
  • 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • black pepper (to taste)

Langkah-langkah

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Rinse broccolini and shake dry. Trim the tips of the broccolini.

  3. Combine olive oil, garlic, salt, & pepper. Toss with broccolini and spread onto a baking sheet.

  4. Roast broccolini 9-11 minutes or until tender-crisp.

  5. Broil 1 minute if desired.
