Kale, Banana, Chia, Hemp Superfood Smoothie
Baby kale, banana, chia seeds, and shelled hemp seeds – this superfood smoothie is packed with nutrients and it's quite delicious and satisfying. It's also vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free.

- 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 pitted date
- 1 tbsp raw shelled hemp seeds (or seeds of your choice)
- 1/2 ripe medium banana
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3/4 cup baby kale (or spinach)
- 1 cup ice
