Fresh and creamy strawberry ice cream is sprinkled throughout with Nerds candy to create this super fun and completely irresistible kid and adult favorite.

1½ cups fresh strawberries, trimmed (about 8 large berries)
⅔ cup sugar
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
5 ounces Nerds candy ((the grape and strawberry combination is my favorite for this ice cream))

Langkah-langkah

Combine the strawberries, sugar, salt, vanilla, and milk in the blender. Blend until smooth. Add the cream and pulse to combine. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and process according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
When the ice cream has almost finished churning, pour the candy into the mix. Serve immediately for soft serve ice cream or transfer to an airtight container and place in the freezer until ready to serve.
