  • ⅓ cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Eight 4-ounce boneless, skinless chicken thighs ((trimmed of fat))
  • orange slices and fresh cilantro sprigs, (for garnish (optional))

Langkah-langkah

  1. In a large freezer zip baggies, combine the orange juice, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame oil. Add the chicken to the bag. Seal, and chill at least 1 hour (and up to 8 hours), turning occasionally.

  2. Remove the chicken thighs from the marinade, and discard the marinade.

  3. Grill over medium-high heat (350℉ to 400℉) with the lid closed, 4 minutes on each side or until done. Garnish with orange slices and cilantro, if desired.
