Seafood Boil
This easy seafood boil recipe features crab legs, shrimp, and clams, along with tender potatoes, corn, and spicy chorizo, making it amazingly flavorful.

- 2 links fresh chorizo (chicken chorizo or turkey kielbasa also works, sliced)
- 6 red potatoes (halved)
- 3 Bay leaves
- ½ tablespoon less sodium Old Bay seasoning
- 1 -½ cups water
- 12 littleneck clams
- 2 clusters snow crab legs (split)
- 12 jumbo shrimp (with shells)
- 2 ears corn (halved)
- lemon and fresh parsley (for serving)
Langkah-langkah
Spray a large, heavy bottom pot (dutch oven) with cooking spray and add chorizo. Cook until it begins to brown and caramelize, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
Add potatoes, bay leaves and 1-½ cups water. Cover and cook on medium heat until the potatoes are just about tender. About 15 minutes. Add old bay and stir.
Add crab legs, cover and cook 5 minutes then add the chorizo, clams, shrimp and corn, cook until clams open and shrimp is opaque; about 5 to 6 minutes. Serve with lemon and fresh parsley, for garnish.
