Bahan-bahan

  • 1 serving cooked Japanese short-grain rice
  • Tamagoyaki (Japanese Rolled Omelette) ((1 egg + 1 tsp sugar))
  • Homemade Shogayaki (Ginger Pork) ((pre-cooked))
  • shiso leaves (perilla/ooba)
  • pickled red ginger
  • blueberries
  • plums
  • grapes

Langkah-langkah

  1. Fill up half of bento box with the rice. Let it cool so that hot/warm rice will not warm up other cool food.

  2. Make Tamagoyaki and reheat leftover Shogayaki (Ginger Pork) in the frying pan until it's warm thoroughly.

  3. Wash and cut fruits.

  4. Start packing cooled foods into the bento box. Let cool completely before closing the bento box.
