  • 12 ounces Nova lox or cold smoked salmon
  • 4 ounces whipped cream cheese (I like Philadelphia)
  • 1 English cucumber (thinly sliced into rounds)
  • 21 vine-ripe tomatoes (thinly sliced into rounds)
  • 5 radishes (thinly sliced into rounds)
  • 1/3 cup capers (drained)
  • 1 pickled red onion (thinly sliced into rounds )
  • fresh dill (for garnish)
  • Optional for serving (sliced bagels, mini bagels, sourdough toast, toasted baguette, bagel chips, everything bagel crackers, etc.)
