Buttery Herb Sautéed Mushrooms are tender mushrooms coated in a seasoned mixture that are sautéed until they are tender in a buttery herb sauce. The perfect side dish to any meal!

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces button mushrooms (sliced, halved, or whole)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped rosemary
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- salt and pepper

In a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat add 2 tablespoons butter and allow to melt. Add 8 ounces button mushrooms, 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh thyme, 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon finely chopped rosemary, 3 cloves minced garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.

Sauté for 3-4 minutes or until they become tender. Garnish with additional chopped parsley if desired.
