Bahan-bahan

4 porsi
  • 4 lobster tails
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • lettuce (optional for serving)

Langkah-langkah

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add 4 lobster tails and cook for 5-8 minutes until they turn red. Remove the cooked tails from the water using tongs and place them in an ice bath for 5 minutes.

  2. Remove the lobster from the ice bath then crack the shells and remove the meat. Cut the lobster meat into large chunks.

  3. In a medium-sized bowl, add the lobster chunks, 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives, and salt and pepper to taste. Gently stir to combine.

  4. Slice the 4 hoagie rolls, and lettuce if desired, and spoon on the lobster mixture. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish if desired!
