  • 1 cup frozen mango pieces
  • 1/4 cup banana slices (fresh or frozen, about 1/2 small banana)

  • Vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter or cashew butter
