Kebab Udang
Shrimp Kabobs are marinated and grilled to perfection for the most scrumptious summer meal. Full of zesty flavors the whole family is going to love these kabobs!

- 1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1 -1 ½ cups sliced zucchini (1 medium zucchini)
- 1 -1 ½ cups thickly sliced red onion (1 small red onion)
- 1 ½ cups thickly sliced red bell pepper (1 whole bell pepper)
- 2 slice d lemons
- 1 recipe shrimp marinade
Langkah-langkah
Add 1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp, 1-1 ½ cups sliced zucchini, 1-1 ½ cups thickly sliced red onion, 1 ½ cups thickly sliced red bell pepper, and 2 sliced lemons to a large bowl.
Prepare 1 recipe shrimp marinade and add it to the bowl with the shrimp and vegetables and toss to coat everything evenly. Set it aside to marinate for 30 minutes or cover and place it in the refrigerator to marinate overnight.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. When the marinating time ends, divide the shrimp and vegetables evenly and thread them onto 4 skewers.
Place the on the grill and cook for about two minutes on either side, or until the shrimp is no longer pink. Serve immediately.
