Easy banana cookies are loaded with bananas, oats, and nuts. These delicious and healthy cookies are perfect for breakfast, an after-school snack, or a post work-out!

- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
- ⅓ cup applesauce
- ¼ cup milk (or almond milk)
- ¼ cup raisins
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
