Grilled Chicken Kabobs with Vegetables

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- ½ red bell pepper
- ½ g reen bell pepper
- ½ red onion
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice (freshly squeezed )
- ¾ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
