  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped shallot
  • 2 teaspoons chopped capers
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Four 6-ounce halibut fillets
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

  2. Heat a nonstick grill pan over medium-high heat. Coat the pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle the fish with ½ teaspoon salt.
