  • 4 pork loin rib chops (about 1 inch thick)
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch seasoning mix
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.

  2. Pat pork chops dry with paper towels and place them in a bowl.
