Bahan-bahan

1 porsi
  • 1 bagel, (sliced (I used everything bagel))
  • 2 eggs, (scrambled or fried)
  • 2 slices bacon, (cooked)
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese ((I used American))
  • 2 slices tomato
  • arugula
  • half avocado, (sliced)

Langkah-langkah

  1. Cook the eggs and bacon right before assembling the sandwich.

  2. Toast the bagel and spread butter on the bagel if you desire.

  3. On the bottom slice of the bagel, layer on the cooked eggs and cheese. Allow the cheese to slightly melt on top of the warm eggs.

  4. Add the bacon and tomato slices.

  5. Finish with a handful of arugula, sliced avocado, and the other bagel slice.
