Bahan-bahan

  • 1 skinless & boneless chicken breast (cut into small cubes)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoons Panang curry paste
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1/2 cup green peas (frozen )
  • 4 -6 kaffir lime leaves (slightly bruised)

Langkah-langkah

  1. Heat a pot with oil and add the Panang curry paste. Stir quickly until aromatic. Add the chicken and mix well with the curry paste, then incorporate the green peas, coconut milk, kaffir lime leaves, water, and seasonings.
