  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/3 whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup lightly packed brown sugar ((light or dark))
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter ((1 stick) melted)
  • Vanilla ice cream, (whipped cream, or yogurt for serving.)
