Bahan-bahan
- 1 ½ pounds Brussels sprouts, (halved)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, (minced)
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, (grated)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper (to taste)

In a medium-sized skillet, add 1 ½ pounds Brussels sprouts, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and 3 cloves garlic,. Sauté until almost tender, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the Brussels sprouts, and then set them aside.

Add ½ cup chicken broth, ½ cup heavy cream, and 2 teaspoons cornstarch and whisk together until smooth. Add ½ cup parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Simmer until the sauce starts to thicken.

Add the Brussels sprouts and toss to coat in the creamy sauce until warmed through.
