  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon parsley (chopped)
