- 1 ripe banana ((previously sliced and frozen))
- 1/2 cup light coconut milk ((sub other non-dairy milk with varied results))
- 1 big handful greens ((I love spinach))
- 3 -4 ice cubes
- 2 -3 fresh mint or cilantro leaves ((optional))
