Seafood Salad
This seafood salad is packed with protein, and combines the meatiness of crab and shrimp and a zesty creamy dressing.

- 8 ounces cooked medium shrimp (peeled and chilled)
- 8 ounces imitation crab meat
- 2 ribs celery (finely diced)
- 1 g reen onion (finely diced)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill (or ½ teaspoon dried dill)
- ½ teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 4 dashes hot sauce (such as Tabasco)
