Berry Detox Smoothie
Awesome smoothie recipe with all kinds of healthy ingredients added in!

Bahan-bahan
1 porsi
- 2 leaves kale, (rinsed, ribs removed and torn)
- ⅓ cup fresh blackberries
- ⅓ cup fresh blueberries
- ⅓ cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- ¾ cup tart cherry juice
- fresh fruit, (for garnish (optional))
Langkah-langkah

Add all ingredients except the fresh fruit for garnish to a blender and process until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into a glass, top with fresh fruit (if desired). Serve immediately.
