  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt (plus more to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground paprika
  • 1/2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 lime (cut into wedges for serving, optional)

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and then immediately transfer the shrimp to a serving dish to prevent overcooking. Garnish with more cilantro if desired and serve with lime wedges for squeezing.
